It provides authenticated access to employment services, vocational training programs, and job application systems throughout Cameroon. The platform is established pursuant to Decree No. 2018/696 on the Organization of the Ministry of Employment and Vocational Training, which mandates MINEFOP to develop digital employment solutions for citizens.

Service Definition and Authorization
Binding User Agreement
By creating an account, you enter into a binding agreement with the Government of Cameroon. You warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years old or have parental consent as required by Law No. 2010/012 on data protection
- All provided information is accurate under penalty of Law No. 2017/010 (Penal Code) Article 307 on false declarations
- You claim only your authentic identity as established by Law No. 2011/011 on electronic identification
You further agree to comply with all Cameroonian laws including Law No. 2010/021 on cybersecurity and Law No. 92/007 (Labor Code) regarding professional conduct.
Security Requirements
Authentication systems comply with National Cybersecurity Agency (ANTIC) Technical Directive 004. You must:
- Create a strong passphrase meeting MINEFOP security standards
- Enable multi-factor authentication for sensitive transactions
- Immediately report suspicious activity to CERT-CM (Computer Emergency Response Team)
Unauthorized access attempts violate Law No. 2010/021 Article 74 and may result in criminal prosecution under Law No. 2017/010 (Penal Code).
Identity Verification Process
For services requiring verified identity, you must provide authentic documentation including:

Service Operation Standards
MINEFOP maintains 99% service availability as required by ANTIC Directive on critical information infrastructure. Scheduled maintenance follows Circular No. 002/MINEFOP/DIG with 24-hour advance notice. Support services operate through regional employment offices and digital channels.

Account Termination and Retention
You may close accounts via platform controls. MINEFOP may suspend accounts for violations under Law No. 2010/021 Article 88. Data retention follows Decree No. 2012/520 on public archives management:
- Active accounts: 5 years from last login
- Job applications: 10 years for statistical purposes
- Identity documents: 3 years after account closure

Users will be notified of material changes 30 days before implementation through platform notifications as required by Circular No. 003/MINJUSTICE on legal updates.
