All communications and data on this system (including data transiting, traveling to or from, or stored) is subject to monitoring. By using this system, you consent to the monitoring, interception, recording, and searching of all communications and data on this system at any time and for any official purpose by MINEFOP or by any authorized person or entity, including other government entities or law enforcement authorities.
Unauthorized use of the system is prohibited and is subject to criminal and civil penalties under Cameroonian law. Your acknowledgment and consent covers all use of the system, including work-related use and personal use without exception.
Data Protection Statement
The Law No. 2010/012 of 21 December 2010 on the protection of personal data in Cameroon applies to the information you provide to this platform.
- Authority: Collection is authorized under Law No. 2010/012 and relevant decrees governing employment services in Cameroon
- Purpose: To connect you with employment opportunities and vocational training programs, and to process your job applications
- Disclosure: Information may be shared with authorized government entities (including labor inspectors and training institutions), potential employers, and service providers contracted by MINEFOP as required by law or to facilitate employment services
- Protection: Data will be processed in accordance with Cameroon's data protection regulations and national security requirements
